Goodbye CelticChristianTunes,
Hello Celtic Christian Spirit!

Effective October 1, 2009, CelticChristianTunes.com Radio will no longer operate as a free station. Though it may remain available to VIP listeners for a short while, it will not be updated.

Ownership and operation of the CelticChristianTunes.com website will be transferred to Keltic Ken of Live365's (only?) remaining station dedicated solely to Celtic Christian music, Celtic Christian Spirit.

From here on out, "listen live" links at CelticChristianTunes.com will launch Celtic Christian Spirit.

It's been a lot of fun, operating this website for the last 13 years, but it's time to move on.

CelticChristianTunes in peril?

CelticChristianTunes.com has been mostly a one-man show since its creation in 1996. However, due to time constraints, soon I'll be moving on to other interests.

This won't be the end of CelticChristianTunes.com and CelticChristianTunes.com Radio, if someone with an interest in Celtic Christian music takes it over. If that's you, please contact me ASAP for more information.

It's beginning to sound a lot like Christmas...

Just in time to kick off the 2007 Christmas season, Eileen Ivers has released An Nollaig: An Irish Christmas, which includes traditional carols, dance tunes, and holiday classics. There's even a Celtic cover of Vince Guaraldi's "Christmas Time Is Here", straight out of A Charlie Brown Christmas, if you can believe that.

Tracks from An Nollaig are among hundreds of other Christmas songs now in rotation on CelticChristianTunes.com Radio.

CelticChristianTunes.com Radio Through Your Firewall

If you have been prevented to listening to CelticChristianTunes.com Radio due to your network's security settings, your dark tuneless epoch is nearly over.

Saturday night, all Live365 servers will switch over to port 80, which is standard for web pages. If you have a firewall that blocks other ports, it may have prevented you from listening. This change will remedy that problem.

Listeners may experience a brief outage Saturday night or Sunday morning when the change occurs. Please keep trying to reconnect.
